Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for bats that are unused, in original packaging, and free of any knock-in or playing marks.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bats that have been knocked-in, oiled, or used
• Custom or personalised bats made to order
• Bats without original packaging or tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bat arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or return pickup.

How to Initiate a Return

Email thundersports.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9682533967 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through pickup and inspection.

Inspection

Returned bats are inspected on arrival. Approved returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
