Our Factory, Our Craft
Every Thunder Sports bat is manufactured in-house at our production facility, where traditional bat-making craft meets modern quality control. We don't outsource — from raw willow to the finished product, every bat passes through our own hands.
This end-to-end control lets us guarantee consistent quality across every bat we ship, whether it's a club-level Thunder Strike or a tournament-grade Thunder Icon.
Our Crafting Process
Step 1
English Willow Selection
We hand-select only Grade A and above English Willow clefts, chosen for straight grain count, moisture balance, and density — the foundation of every great bat.
Step 2
Machine Processing
Precision machinery shapes each cleft to exact profile tolerances, establishing the bat's initial weight distribution and edge geometry.
Step 3
Hand Finishing
Skilled craftsmen take over from the machines — pressing, shaping the shoulders, and hand-finishing the blade to bring out the bat's final pickup and balance.
Step 4
Quality Inspection
Every bat is inspected for grain straightness, weight tolerance, and edge finish before it's approved to carry the Thunder Sports name.
Step 5
Packaging
Bats are wrapped, protected, and boxed for safe transit to your doorstep anywhere in India.
